TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Ordering & Minimum Requirements
Crust & Co. provides catering exclusively for corporate and professional events.
A minimum order of 24 patties applies to all catering orders.
Minimum spend requirements may apply for delivery orders.
Orders must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the requested event date.
Larger events may require additional notice.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
Crust & Co. reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.
Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of invoicing.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date may be eligible for a credit toward a future order.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. Pricing
All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and is subject to change without notice.
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order approval. Applicable taxes will be added to all invoices.
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated based on location and order size.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to secure all catering orders.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Order changes (quantity adjustments or item substitutions) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
5. Delivery Policy
Crust & Co. offers delivery within London, Ontario and surrounding areas.
Delivery windows are provided at the time of confirmation.
Clients must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
Crust & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled.
Pickup time will be confirmed in advance.
Orders must be collected at the agreed-upon time.
Crust & Co. is not responsible for food quality once the order has left the premises.

While we take care in preparation, our kitchen may handle common allergens including but not limited to:
Wheat
Dairy
Eggs
Soy
Nuts
Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens. Crust & Co. cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Liability
Crust & Co. shall not be liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Food quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery or pickup
Liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.
9. Force Majeure
Crust & Co. shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply shortages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Crust & Co. reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
